<p>What is the role</p><p>To support the Assistant Buyer / Buyer with effective management of the department administration</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>What you will do (Key responsibilities)&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Provide key administrative duties for the Buying team</li><li>Communicate with suppliers and internal departments effectively</li><li>Ensure all samples are correctly presented, stored and ordered in accordance with departmental procedures, on a day to day basis and for all relevant meetings</li><li>Maintain all administration documentation procedures accurately in line with Critical Path requirements</li><li>Collate and distribute the post and parcels for the Buying team daily</li><li>Contribute towards the input of all meeting preparation including Monday Trade &amp; Product Sign Offs</li><li>Fulfil general ad hoc duties as required</li></ul><p>What you will bring (i.e. experience/skills/qualifications)&nbsp;</p><ul><li>A passion for inclusive fashion</li><li>Good communication skills – verbal and written</li><li>The ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative</li><li>Good time management &amp; organisational skills</li><li>A self-motivated and proactive approach to completing given tasks</li><li>A willingness to learn &amp; the ability to work under pressure</li><li>Good attention to detail</li><li>A commercial outlook and a keen business sense</li><li>A proven record of good attendance &amp; flexibility</li><li>The ability to adapt to frequent change in a high pressure environment</li><li>Commitment to behaving with integrity and professionalism at all times</li><li>A proven history of taking personal responsibility &amp; accountability for actions, constantly striving to improve and exceed expectations and ensuring safety and quality are never compromised.</li></ul>
