across complex projects and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.</span></li><li><!-- [if !supportLists]--><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Rooster',sans-serif;">Proven experience as a Business Analyst</span></li><li><!-- [if !supportLists]--><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Rooster',sans-serif;">Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modelling </span></li><li><!-- [if !supportLists]--><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Rooster',sans-serif;">Experience facilitating workshops and working with diverse stakeholder groups </span></li><li><!-- [if !supportLists]--><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Rooster',sans-serif;">Knowledge of BA tools and techniques (e.g. Visio, Lucidchart, Azure DevOps,
