You’ll be joining a friendly, passionate creative team where great work is recognised and collaboration is valued. </p><p>You’ll be responsible for:</p><ul><li><strong>Producing and maintaining</strong> <strong>own brand packaging artwork</strong>, from initial concepts right through to print-ready files</li><li><strong>Adapting artwork across multiple formats,</strong> including digital assets where needed</li><li><strong>Collaborating with</strong> <strong>Marketing, Buying and external suppliers</strong> to deliver creative projects on time</li><li><strong>Ensuring brand consistency</strong> across all packaging — layouts, typography, imagery and legal/regulatory information</li><li><strong>Liaising with</strong> <strong>printers and packaging suppliers</strong>, managing proofing and final production (bleed, resolution, CMYK/RGB — you know the drill)</li><li><strong>Creating and rolling out</strong> <strong>POS materials</strong> for stores, consistently and on schedule</li><li><strong>Supporting new store launches</strong> using toolkits across print, digital and external media</li><li><strong>Designing and adapting</strong> <strong>social media graphics and digital assets</strong> for campaigns, promotions and seasonal moments</li><li><strong>Keeping immaculate</strong> <strong>file structures and version control</strong> (organisation is your superpower)</li><li><strong>Executing campaign assets throughout the year</strong> in close collaboration with the Creative Manager and wider design team</li><li><strong>Supporting company-wide projects</strong> that keep the Jollyes brand looking its best</li><li><strong>Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams</strong> and external partners when assets are needed</li><li><strong>Helping to set up and manage a</strong> <strong>central asset portal</strong></li></ul><p><br><strong>About you!</strong></p><p>You’re a detail-driven creative who enjoys working at pace, thrives in a collaborative environment whilst taking ownership for your own outputs, and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves. You’ll have proven experience in packaging design, ideally within a retail or similar fast paced FMCG working environment</p><p>You’ll bring:</p><ul><li>Expert knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop</li><li>Proven experience in a packaging artwork or production role</li><li>A strong understanding of print processes, materials and finishes</li><li>Solid knowledge of pre-press requirements for print and digital</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>A positive, can-do attitude and genuine team spirit</li><li>Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external suppliers</li><li>Share our values of being: Wise, Focused, Genuine, Eager, Together</li></ul><p><strong>We'd love to see examples of your work!</strong> If your CV has a link to your portfolio great.
