<h2>About the role</h2><p>We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives who are Reach Truck Trained. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Working in our distribution centres mean fast paced environments, excellent attention to detail with the ability to think quickly and work as part of a team to ensure orders are picked accurately and on time with seamless delivery to our customers. &nbsp;</p><p>You MUST be Reach Truck Trained, hold a D2 licence and have experience operating over 8m.</p><p>The shift patterns will be discussed at interview, but will be 4 days x 10 hurs, 14:00 - 22:00 per day – Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday.</p><p><br></p><p>Prior to employment, you must successfully complete a drug and alcohol test</p><p><br></p><h2>Main Responsibilities</h2><p>Reach Truck Driving</p><p>Picking and packing customer orders, using a hand held terminal to understand pick expectation</p><p>Receiving, storing and stacking appropriately&nbsp;</p><p>Working with the best integrity to fulfil all stock requirements and needs</p><p>Maintaining a clean and safe environment with health, safe, legal always top of mind</p><p>We have LLOP's and FLT's in operation on our sites, and successful individuals will be given the opportunity to be trained on these in certain areas of the DC's.&nbsp;</p><p>Our distribution centres typically have ambient, chilled and freezer sections, preferences will be discussed within the process in more detail.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><h2>You will need</h2><p>As a reach truck driver, being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment is essential.&nbsp;</p><p>You should be hardworking, able to work to set deadlines, and have a professional, positive, organised, and enthusiastic approach.&nbsp;</p><p>While proven experience in a warehouse environment would be preferred, it is not essential, although a D2 licence is essential</p><p>You should be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
