You’ll get involved with day-to-day operations, stock ordering, merchandising, health &amp; safety, and most importantly engaging the stores team to exceed our customers expectations.&nbsp;</p><p></p><p><strong>What’s involved?</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Taking the lead on shifts to support the team.</li><li>Deploying team members, making the most of people’s talents to ensure that they’re in the right place at the right time.</li><li>Training and developing new Baristas and existing team members.</li><li>Supporting with the roll out of new campaigns and products, ensuring that the team can hit the ground running.</li><li>Driving high standards every shift, whether that’s through the quality of our handmade drinks, or a store walk through to see how you can make our customers visit even better.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>A bit about you</strong></p><p></p><p>A passion for coffee and people is just the start of what we’re looking for.
