Exposure gained here is respected across both industry and practice, making it a powerful platform for long-term career development.</span></p><p class="xMsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-family: Helvetica;">The Role</span></strong></p><p class="xMsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Helvetica;">Reporting to the Senior Tax Manager, you will work closely with the wider tax team to ensure all UK entities meet their compliance obligations accurately and on time. You will also contribute to technical and regulatory projects impacting the group.</span></p><p class="xMsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-family: Helvetica;">Key Responsibilities Include:</span></strong></p><ul class="xMailOutline"><li>Leading the preparation and review of UK corporation tax returns and associated filings</li><li>Managing compliance processes including CIR, group relief, Uncertain Tax Treatment notifications and Pillar Two</li><li>Supporting SAO requirements and ensuring processes are robust and well documented</li><li>Providing clear tax input into commercial projects and internal approval papers</li><li>Supporting compliance for non-UK branches of UK trading entities</li><li>Working with stakeholders across finance and the wider business</li><li>Assisting in the development and mentoring of junior team members</li><li>This role combines technical compliance with genuine stakeholder exposure across a large, structured organisation.</li></ul><p class="xMsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-family: Helvetica;">What You'll Need:</span></strong></p><ul class="xMailOutline"><li>ACA, ACCA or CTA qualification</li><li>Strong UK corporate tax experience gained in practice or industry</li><li>Good understanding of tax accounting under UK GAAP or IFRS</li><li>Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively</li><li>Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders</li><li>Experience reviewing work and improving processes</li></ul><p class="xMsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-family: Helvetica;">Desirable Experience</span></strong></p><ul class="xMailOutline"><li>Exposure to cross-functional project work</li><li>Experience of tax reporting under IFRS or US GAAP</li><li>Awareness of managing external advisers and budgets</li><li>Experience using Onesource</li></ul><p class="xMsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Helvetica;">Zachary Daniels and our client are both equal opportunity employers.
