We’re looking for a strategic, hands on Consultant to lead the design, implementation and evaluation of Leadership development initiatives. You’ll play a critical role in redesigning our Leadership offering, and supporting with the International Next Level Leadership project ensuring local initiatives drive engagement, performance and long-term development.&nbsp;</p><p>At Lidl, we offer a hybrid working model to give you the best of both worlds. </div><div><ul><li>Lead the redesign, implementation end evaluation of Leadership development.</li><li>Partner with key business departments and subject matter experts to craft impactful learning solutions for Leaders.</li><li>Track and report on KPIs to measure impact, learning transfer and business outcomes.</li><li>Champion inclusive and scalable learning practices that support diverse talent pipelines.</li><li>Support with the appraisal cycle and wider development initiatives.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll need</u></h2>

</div><div><ul><li>Experience within Talent Management is essential.</li><li>Proven experience in project management. &nbsp;</li><li>Previous experience within a Leadership role is advantageous.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management including Head Office divisions, International and Regional Talent teams.</li><li>Experience using SuccessFactors Talent and Learning is preferred.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll receive</u></h2>
