Each brand has its own identity and creative direction, but we’re united by a culture that puts people and purpose at the heart of everything we do.</p><h4>About the role:</h4><p>Fixed term 12 months , part time 25 hours</p><p>Join our team as a Talent Advisor and play a key role in bringing exceptional people into the DFS Group.&nbsp;You’ll partner closely with our Talent Acquisition team to&nbsp;support&nbsp;every stage of the recruitment journey from spotting great candidates and conducting phone screens to coordinating offers, onboarding new hires, and keeping our talent pipeline thriving.&nbsp;If you’re passionate about people and love making an impact on how a business grows, this is the perfect opportunity to shine.</p><p><br></p><h4><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></h4><ul><li><p>Source &amp; Screen: Shortlist applications, conduct telephone screens, and arrange interviews to ensure top candidates meet with our hiring managers.</p></li><li><p>Proactive Talent Pooling: Build and maintain talent pipelines through CV databases, LinkedIn, networking events, and our ATS, helping to reduce time-to-hire.</p></li><li><p>Candidate Care: Keep the ATS updated and communicate with all candidates within&nbsp;agreed&nbsp;time frames, providing constructive feedback to unsuccessful applicants.</p></li><li><p>Stakeholder Updates:&nbsp;Share&nbsp;recruitment progress and flag any potential challenges or barriers to Talent Acquisition Partners.</p></li><li><p>Inbox &amp; Admin&nbsp;Support: Manage recruitment inboxes,&nbsp;respond&nbsp;to queries, and assist Talent Partners with administrative tasks.</p></li><li><p>Data &amp; Reporting: Maintain accurate live dashboards, tracking&nbsp;active&nbsp;roles and progress.</p></li><li><p>Brand Advocacy: Represent the DFS employer brand across channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Workplace, and Total Jobs.</p></li><li><p>Candidate Engagement:&nbsp;Support&nbsp;Talent Partners with regular check-in calls to keep candidates informed and engaged</p></li></ul><h4>The role is for you if...</h4><ul><li><p>Have exceptional communication and organisational skills</p></li><li><p>Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment</p></li><li><p>Are skilled at multitasking and managing a variety of responsibilities at once</p></li><li><p>Consistently deliver high-quality results efficiently, even under tight deadlines</p></li><li><p>Experienced in recruitment retail or logistics preferred but not essential&nbsp;<br><br></p></li></ul><h4><strong>What Will Help You Thrive in This Role</strong></h4><ul><li>Sharp attention to detail</li><li>Genuine passion for personal growth and delivering an exceptional candidate experience</li><li>Self-motivated and resourceful, with strong problem solving skills</li><li>Curious and data-savvy, able to interpret and act on basic recruitment numbers</li></ul><p><br></p><h4><strong>Our Commitment to Inclusion:</strong></h4><p>dfs are committed to a culture where everyone feels welcome, valued, and can thrive at work.
