</div><div><ul type="disc"><li>Own the end-to-end recruitment process for from requisition to offer</li><li>Post job ads across internal and external platforms, ensuring we’re visible where it matters</li><li>Screen applications and conduct telephone interviews, always keeping candidate experience front of mind</li><li>Use active sourcing to build strong pipelines and respond quickly to hiring needs</li><li>Work closely with our Employer Brand team to support attraction campaigns</li><li>Manage relationships with external partners</li><li>Manage Contract Creation for candidates</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll need</u></h2>
</div><div><ul type="disc"><li>Experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Previous experience of working in retail would be advantageous</li><li>Strong organisational and communication skills</li><li>A strong multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines</li><li>Confidence using ATS systems (SuccessFactors experience is a plus!)</li><li>A passion for delivering a great candidate experience</li><li>Ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep things moving</li><li>Self-motivated, able to work well in a team and independently within a high-pressured environment</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll receive</u></h2>
