Known for our unique environments, exceptional food and drink, and people-first culture, we continue to grow -&nbsp;and we’re looking for a passionate recruiter to help shape the future of talent across our business.</p><h2>What will you do?</h2><p>As Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll oversee recruitment across key operational leadership and support roles, ensuring a consistent and high-quality hiring approach across all sites.</p><p>You’ll manage recruitment for General Manager, Head Chef, Assistant General Manager and select support team positions, partnering closely with stakeholders to identify hiring priorities, support internal progression and maintain a strong external talent pipeline.</p><p>You’ll use recruitment data and insight to improve hiring performance, champion our employer brand and support hiring managers through recruitment training, interview best practice and fair hiring processes.</p><p>You’ll also play a key role in developing talent pipelines for future and hard-to-fill vacancies across our multi-site hospitality operation.</p><h2>Why join us?</h2><ul><li>Salary circa £38,000–£40,000.</li><li>Hybrid working with 2 days office based in Warrington Town Centre and 3 days on site or home.</li><li>50% discount for you and up to 5 guests when dining in any of our restaurants.</li><li>Free meals on site when working.</li><li>28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).</li><li>Healthcare cash plan including wellbeing support and gym discounts.</li><li>Your birthday is guaranteed off!</li></ul><h2>What are we looking for?</h2><ul><li>Proven experience within Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Talent Partnering roles.</li><li>Hospitality recruitment experience is essential.</li><li>Experience recruiting within a multi-site hospitality or operational environment.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.</li><li>Confident using recruitment data, KPIs and hiring analytics to drive performance.</li><li>Experience with direct sourcing, talent pipelines and recruitment systems.</li><li>Passion for candidate experience, employer branding and inclusive hiring practices.</li><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously.</li></ul><p>We continue to break the mould of modern hospitality.
