You’ll lead high-impact recruitment campaigns, proactively source top talent, and manage the full candidate journey from initial enquiry through to offer. </div><div><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in recruitment workflows</p></li><li><p>Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer</p></li><li><p>Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies</p></li><li><p>Source, screen, and assess candidates using a variety of tools and platforms</p></li><li><p>Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process</p></li><li><p>Analyse recruitment metrics to inform project decisions and improve hiring outcomes</p></li><li><p>Monitor project performance and report on outcomes, risks, and recommendations</p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll need</u></h2>

</div><div><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><p>Inhouse Talent Acquisition experience would be desirable&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Experience in the full 360 talent acquisition cycle, ideally in a fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p>Confidence using our ATS SuccessFactors</p></li><li><p>A passion for finding better ways of working</p></li><li><p>Good attention to detail and the ability to work independently and take ownership of your area</p></li><li><p>The ability to prioritise your workload in a busy environment and work towards business-critical deadlines</p></li><li><p>Determination and resilience to see a task or project through even when faced with challenges and hurdles</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills and the ability to build successful relationships with candidates and the wider business</p></li><li><p>Confident using LinkedIn and Indeed as a tool to source talent</p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll receive</u></h2>
