</div><div><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end hiring process for key operational roles in Logistics</li><li>Post job ads, screen applications, and conduct telephone interviews</li><li>Use smart sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines</li><li>Partner with our Employer Brand team to boost attraction</li><li>Manage applications through SuccessFactors (ATS)</li><li>Schedule interviews and provide timely feedback</li><li>Support candidates through offer, contract, and onboarding stages</li><li>Handle queries around contracts and documentation</li><li>Create and check employment contracts</li><li>Ensure all data is accurate and processed on time</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any onboarding issues</li><li>Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to queries</li><li>Support with recruitment reports and performance tracking</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll need</u></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Experience in recruitment, ideally in high-volume or operational roles</li><li>Strong communication and organisational skills</li><li>Confidence using ATS platforms (SuccessFactors is a plus!)</li><li>A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering great candidate experiences</li><li>Knowledge of Google suite will be advantageous</li><li>Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail </li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll receive</u></h2>
