Reporting to the Area Manager, you will oversee a team of Retail Managers and Sales Advisors within your store, driving commercial success and contributing to company growth.</p><p><strong>COMMERCIAL EXPERTISE</strong></p><ul><li>Be accountable for the commercial success of the store and drive store performance</li><li>dentify key opportunities to enhance performance in line with current trends</li><li>Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and objectives</li><li>Analyse data and key performance indicators to make informed commercial decisions and drive KPIs</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>TEAM LEADERSHIP &amp; MANAGEMENT</strong></p><ul><li>Be accountable for your store and team's performance</li><li>Lead and inspire your store team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.</li><li>Work closely with your Area Manager, acting on feedback and working towards targets and deadlines</li><li>Build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Display exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>DEVELOPMENT</strong></p><ul><li>Identify future talent within the store and plan and support their personal development and progression</li><li>Seek opportunities to drive your own personal development</li><li>Train the coach and upskill the management team to maximise opportunities for future progression within the business</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCIES</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company policies and procedures</li><li>Support other stores within the area with retail operations as and when required</li><li>Use business communication tools to drive completion of tasks and ensure your team understands all key functions</li><li>Drive performance in line with retail priorities to meet business objectives</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>CONTROLS</strong></p><ul><li>Accountable for monitoring and achieving store-level KPIs, including sales targets, company incentives, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Ensure wage controls are met on a weekly basis and any issues are resolved quickly and effectively</li><li>Demonstrate resilience to operational challenges, making effective decisions to drive solutions</li><li>Control stock movement, run accurate store audits, and implement visual standards to company guidelines</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>THE PERSON</strong></p><ul><li>Resilience &amp; Adaptability: Ability to stay calm under pressure, handle high-demand situations, and solve conflicts effectively.</li><li>Problem-Solving Mindset: Quick thinking and resourcefulness in addressing customer issues or operational challenges.</li><li>Be a brand ambassador: Represent Frasers group at all times. Show discretion and maintain a professional appearance and attitude when dealing with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>THE REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul><li>Industry Experience: 6 years+ in premium/luxury fashion retail management or related high-end retail experience.</li><li>Leadership &amp; Team Management: Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams, including sales associates and managers/team leaders</li><li>Customer Service Expertise &amp; strong client network Deep understanding of clientele expectations and a strong network of clients and potential customers in the local area</li><li>Sales &amp; Performance Management: Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing budgets and inventories.</li><li>Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of brands, fashion trends, materials, and products.</li><li>Operational Skills: Knowledge of store operations, loss prevention, merchandising, and inventory control.</li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with staff, customers, and stakeholders.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>The Rewards:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Salary base £44,789</strong></li><li>Weekly/Monthly &amp; Quarterly Commercial Bonuses</li><li>Stocktake Bonuses</li><li>Commission led bonuses across a wide range of products</li><li>Monthly Group Rewards and Recognition</li><li>Long Service awards</li><li>We offer a wide range of Development Courses with National Qualifications</li><li>28 Days Holiday</li><li>40% Instore Uniform Discount</li><li>Discounted Gym membership</li><li>Cycle to work scheme</li><li>Group Wide 20% Discount across all Frasers Group brands</li><li>This role offers eligibility for basic and enhanced commission on sales, retail incentive scheme and a generous employee product discount</li></ul><p><a href="%20%20">#JobsieFR</a></p>
