</div><div><ul><li>Carry out structural maintenance in both stores and warehouses</li><li>Attend to general building and labouring work</li><li>Put your decorating skills to good use, including painting and tiling</li><li>Confidently carry out general plumbing duties</li><li>Frequently use power tools</li><li>Undertake PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) visits to store and work proactively to find and repair faults</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll need</u></h2>

</div><div><ul><li>Experience in general maintenance work</li><li>Strong numeracy skills</li><li>Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines</li><li>Flexibility with regards to working hours as some evenings and weekends will be required</li><li>Relevant qualifications are desirable (i.e. NVQ, BTEC)</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll receive</u></h2>
