<div><strong>The Role...</strong><br>Wickes are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager, to ensure customers receive excellent kitchen and bathroom customer journey from the initial approach through to post installations. This will be achieved through you being able to lead a high performing team by coaching, developing, challenging and supporting the team.</div><div><br></div><div>You will be accountable for driving our showroom performance and profitability to its highest level so you will need to be able to think on your feet, plan strategically and know how to get things done.&nbsp; We are looking for someone who is a people's person, who can build strong relationships with their team as well as customer and suppliers. You need to have a strong character and able to challenge, influence and negotiate as well as balance time and task against the demand of the business.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>About you...</strong></div><div>It would be great if you came from a Kitchen and Bathroom industry however this is not essential, as training will be given.
