This role will focus specifically on designing new personalised experiences to support customers wherever they are in their wellness journey, and will have a specific focus on the H&amp;B native app. You will be part of an exciting, fast-paced product design team, working closely with other talented designers, product managers, researchers, analysts, and stakeholders. Putting the customer first, your work will be grounded in empathy, drawing upon user feedback through research and testing. You will carefully analyse qualitative and quantitative data to understand who our customers are, how they behave, and what problems and needs they have. Using this information, you will design seamless, conversational experiences that help customers find the right products and support. You will also be responsible for effectively communicating your designs with product managers and engineers to ensure that what is built is accurate, innovative, and highquality.</p></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">About the role</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><p>• Designing, testing, and evolving personalised wellness journeys that help customers achieve their health goals, drive customer retention, conversion, and satisfaction.<br>• Using generative AI tools (e.g. Lovable, Figma Make, and others) to rapidly ideate, explore concepts, and prototype new conversational experiences. <br>• Analysing customer journeys and mapping out user flows for current and new conversational features. <br>• Analysing qualitative and quantitative data to better inform design decisions and priorities. <br>• Understanding technical dependencies and requirements to help produce informed solutions.<br>• Building high-quality wireframes and prototypes for user testing, A/B testing, and Agile development workstreams. <br>• Communicating interaction design through technically detailed wireframes and prototypes. <br>• Ensuring Holland &amp; Barrett experiences are accessible for all users, taking an ‘Inclusive Design' approach. <br>• Crafting high quality scalable components and documenting all functional requirements to create a seamless engineering handover. <br>• Maintaining and helping to evolve our Design System in line with Holland &amp;
