<dt class="rm-fieldTitle">Description</dt><dd class="rm-fieldData"><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Senior Paid Media Executive</strong></span></p><p><strong>Manchester | £32-38k | Fashion Brand</strong></p><p>Zachary Daniels are proud to partner with a fast-growing fast brand who are currently looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive to drive performance across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).</p><p>This is a hands-on role focused on delivering ROAS, CPA and revenue growth, managing budgets and scaling customer acquisition in a fast-paced fashion e-commerce environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads</li><li>Monitor performance metrics including CPM, CTR, CPC, CVR, CPA and ROAS</li><li>Build and maintain campaign structures, audiences, keywords and bidding strategies</li><li>Develop and execute structured test-and-learn plans</li><li>Translate trading priorities (launches, seasonal drops, promotions) into channel plans</li><li>Collaborate with Creative, E-commerce and CRM teams on performance-driven campaigns</li><li>Produce weekly/monthly performance reports with clear optimisation actions</li><li>Monitor tracking, GA4, Shopify and product feeds</li></ul><p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years' hands-on paid media experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads</li><li>Proven experience managing budgets and achieving ROAS/CPA targets</li><li>Strong analytical and optimisation skills</li><li>Fashion or e-commerce experience desirable</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Staff discount</li><li>25 days holiday + bank holidays</li><li>Opportunity to join a growing fashion brand</li><li>Join a lovely, collaborative in-house team</li><li>Plenty of progression opportunities</li></ul><p>If you're a performance-driven Paid Media Executive ready to step into a senior role with real ownership and impact, apply now!</p><p>BH35465</p></dd>
