They're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our London-based team, reporting into the Head of Marketing. This is a pivotal role within the business, responsible for leading one of this group's core restaurant marketing streams across multiple sites and brands.</p><p>You'll own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for your channel-driving commercial performance, brand strength, and guest engagement across a diverse and growing portfolio.</p><p>Working closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Digital, Social and Restaurant Operations, you'll play a key role in shaping their wider marketing direction while delivering high-impact, integrated campaigns.</p><p>Key Areas of Focus:</p><p>Brand & Strategy</p><ul><li>Own and evolve channel strategy, translating commercial goals into insight-led plans</li><li>Ensure consistent, compelling brand execution across all touchpoints</li><li>Support menu launches, pricing and value positioning</li></ul><p>Campaigns & Delivery</p><ul><li>Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns end-to-end</li><li>Manage the marketing calendar and align with wider business activity</li><li>Partner with Operations, Digital and CRM to ensure effective execution</li></ul><p>Channels, CRM & Performance</p><ul><li>Own channel performance across all owned platforms</li><li>Work with CRM/data teams on segmentation and personalisation</li><li>Set KPIs, analyse results and optimise future activity</li></ul><p>Partnerships & Local Marketing</p><ul><li>Deliver partnerships, activations and local marketing initiatives</li><li>Ensure all activity is commercially driven and on brand</li></ul><p>Leadership & Stakeholders</p><ul><li>Act as a senior partner across teams and manage agencies</li><li>Support and develop junior team members</li></ul><p>Governance & Standards</p><ul><li>Manage budgets, forecasting and reporting</li></ul><p>Experience Needed:</p><ul><li>Proven senior marketing experience in hospitality, retail, leisure or multi-site consumer brands</li><li>Strong track record of delivering end-to-end strategy with commercial impact</li><li>Expertise across integrated campaigns, CRM, owned channels and performance marketing</li><li>Confident stakeholder manager with experience leading agencies, budgets and complex projects</li><li>Commercially minded and data-driven</li></ul><p>Person Profile:</p><ul><li>Strategic, but hands-on in delivery</li><li>Clear communicator with strong judgement</li><li>Collaborative leader who builds trust and momentum</li><li>Proactive, resilient and adaptable</li><li>Passionate about brand, guest experience and measurable impact</li></ul><p>Do not hesitate with this one or scroll-by as it one be on the market for long.
