Well, then, we are looking for you.     &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;     </p><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Senior HR Advisor</strong> to support the U.K. &amp; Ireland growth strategy by ensuring our people are fully equipped and motivated to deliver results whilst continually supporting an engaging environment for them to work in.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This is a fully generalist HR role, assisting the HR Director to support Managers to inspire and engage our people to perform and in the ASICS way, such as dealing with all HR and Facilities related matters within the U.K. &amp; Ireland, from daily administration tasks to executing advanced HR support.You will mentor and guide the HR Advisor and you will be commercially strong and culturally open-minded - an HR professional with strong relationship skills who understands the wholesale and retail context and the pressures and day-to-day demands.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Here at ASICS, we welcome diversity in our people, their backgrounds and life experiences. You understand business context and the impact of HR on delivering results</li></ul><p>      &nbsp;</p><p><strong>How you’ll help us.</strong>         </p><p>Based in our UK and Ireland head office in Warrington, reporting to the <strong>HR Director,</strong> as part of the role, you’ll be responsible for: <br></p><ul><li>Providing expert advice and guidance to Managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation</li><li>Managing and supporting employee relations cases (i.e. disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence through to resolution.</li><li>Assisting the development of HR policies &amp; procedures and adapting European HR guidelines to meet local market needs (including European HR policies, benefits, bonus schemes and other people related policies);</li><li>Supporting recruitment processes, including job descriptions, interviewing and onboarding.</li><li>Assisting and contributing to organisational development initiatives, including performance management, training and development and succession planning.</li><li>Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.</li><li>Keep up to date with latest employment legislation.</li><li>Assisting with annual merit and salary review process.</li><li>Creating new and fresh engagement activities in line with ‘sound mind sound body philosophy’.</li><li>Coordinating training requirements, facilitating the roll out of European programmes and organising training with Head Office and external training companies.</li><li>Delivering training sessions to upskill the teams.</li><li>Helps Managers to drive a feedback and performance culture</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>More about you:</strong>     </p><p></p><ul><li>Service minded approach to your work </li><li>Great written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Able to build robust plans through times of change and uncertainty</li><li>Able to respond and act quickly to business needs</li><li>Builds strong relationships and trust</li><li>Adopts a common sense approach with the ability to move from one task to another with ease</li><li>Flexibility to travel within assigned area</li><li>CIPD qualified (level 7)</li><li>It is essential that you are an experienced HR professional and have worked as either HR Officer or HR Advisor level previously</li></ul><p>          </p><p>We are ASICS.
