People are at the heart of our retail concept, and we want to invest in our staff and make the future extraordinary.</p><p>As a result of our expansion plans, and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic Senior Finance Business Partner to be based at our Head Office in Plymouth.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>The Senior Finance Business Partner (Supply Chain) acts as a strategic liaison between Finance and operational teams across logistics and supply chain. The role translates financial data into actionable insights, supports senior decision-making, owns Supply Chain P&amp;L performance, and drives cost efficiency and value creation across complex, fast-paced operations.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><span><ul><li>Own the Supply Chain P&amp;L, delivering weekly flash reports, monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and inventory reporting.</li><li>Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including financial reviews with third-party logistics partners.</li><li>Partner with senior operational leaders to evaluate investment proposals, productivity initiatives, and capital expenditure, tracking ROI and savings delivery.</li><li>Develop, monitor, and report on key cost and performance KPIs such as cost per unit, warehousing efficiency, transport efficiency, and stock write-offs.</li><li>Provide clear commercial insight by interpreting complex operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.</li><li>Ensure strong financial governance, control, and adherence to Group financial policies.</li><li>Support robust business case development through detailed data analysis and complex ROI modelling.</li></ul></span><p style="margin-left:36.0pt;">&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Person Specification:</strong></p><span><ul><li>Qualified accountant (or equivalent experience) with strong commercial finance capability.</li><li>Demonstrable experience operating in a fast-paced logistics, supply chain, or FMCG environment.</li><li>Proven experience managing large-scale budgets (in excess of £100m per annum), including both in-house and third-party service models.</li><li>Comfortable operating within a non-hierarchical business, with the credibility to influence and challenge at all levels.</li><li>Highly collaborative, innovative, and commercially minded, with strong business acumen.</li><li>Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; experience with ERP or WMS systems (e.g. Blue Yonder) is desirable.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate financial concepts for non-finance audiences.</li></ul></span><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><span><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Pension</li><li>Long service awards</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Cycle to work scheme</li></ul></span><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position: </strong>Permanent, Full-time</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> Monday – Friday, 08:45am – 17:30pm.</p><p><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>Plymouth, Devon/Remote</p></div><div class="row" style="margin-top: 5vh;"><div class="col-xs-12 col-sm-4 col-sm-offset-4">
