You pride yourself on your accurate and careful approach.    </li><li>You're a multitasker &amp; thrive on being busy with a wide variety of facility tasks.  </li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>How you'll help us.</strong>         <br>Based in our UK and Ireland head office in Warrington, reporting to the HR Director, as part of the role, you'll be responsible for: </p><ul><li>Co-ordinate repairs, maintenance and all health and safety compliance</li><li>Liaise with contractors, landlords and suppliers to manage contracts, cleaners, utilities and <br>building compliance</li><li>Carry out regular audits and inspections to ensure high office standards are maintained</li><li>Responsible for fire safety and daily sign in/out registers</li><li>Keep accurate records of leases, maintenance schedules and compliance certificates </li><li>Ensure first aid kits, fire extinguishers and safety signage are up to date<br>Oversee office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed</li><li>Managing the post and deliveries</li><li>Support meeting room set ups and general office organisation</li><li>Responsible for company car fleet; sourcing vehicles, supporting team members with any issues, completing reports for head office</li><li>Responsible for company mobile phone contract<br>Assisting with the product samples proces</li><li>Supporting new joiners to have a smooth onboarding <br>A 'go to' person in the office</li><li>Continuously look for ways to improve the smooth running of the office and showroom</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>More about you:    </strong></p><ul><li>IOSH/NEBOSH or facilities related qualification advantageous</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft office and similar tools</li><li>You will be a strong communicator who can confidently engage with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels and challenge the status quo</li><li>A collaborative, adaptable, and resilient approach with a passion for people and problem solving.</li><li>Able to work flexibly to suit business needs</li></ul><p>         <br>We are ASICS.
