This is an exciting new role in which the successful candidate will be responsible for the analytical aspects of a key strategic project that forms part of our digital transformation across our supply chain.</p><p> </p><p> <em>Please be aware, should this Temporary Assignment have the potential to go permanent, the colleague on the Temporary Assignment will have first-refusal of the role (provided measures have been met)</em></p><p> </p></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll do</u></h2>
</div><div><ul><li><p>Conduct comprehensive KPI analysis on performance metrics to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for optimisation.</p></li><li><p>Define, develop, and execute use-case measurements to quantify the success of the project features. This includes rigorous A/B testing and post-implementation analysis to validate expected operational improvements.</p></li><li><p>Lead the financial assessment and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis. Quantify financial benefits to build compelling business cases for continued investment and rollout.</p></li><li><p>Perform deep-dive data analytics to transform complex system outputs into clear, digestible, and engaging stories for executive teams.</p></li><li><p>Promote the exchange of analytical best practices and benchmarking, creating reporting synergies that standardise the measurement of the project's impact.</p></li></ul><p> </p></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll need</u></h2>
</div><div><ul><li><p>Bachelor's / Master's Degree in one of the following or related areas, Business Studies, Controlling or Economics</p></li><li><p>German language skills are ideal but not essential</p></li><li><p>Previous experience working with data analytics</p></li><li><p>Ability to work to tight deadlines and to deliver accurate results</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated and proactive individual with a can-do attitude and the ability to work on projects and solve problems independently</p></li><li><p>Confident using Google Workspace packages</p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll receive</u></h2>
