This hybrid role, based two days a week in our Wakefield head office, offers the opportunity to shape the legal framework of our retail stores, depots, manufacturing sites, and offices.</p><p style="margin:0px;font-size:inherit;padding:5px 0px;">You’ll bring significant post-qualification experience as a solicitor in England and Wales, with deep expertise in landlord and tenant law and leasehold structures. Strong leadership, negotiation skills, and a collaborative approach to stakeholder management are essential, especially in a fast-paced, multi-site, multi-jurisdictional environment.</p><p style="margin:0px;font-size:inherit;padding:5px 0px;">In this role, you’ll oversee property transactions, compliance, and governance. You’ll manage an in-house legal team and retained external lawyers to ensure our legal strategy supports commercial goals.
