CRM plays a critical role in how we build long-term customer relationships, we're now looking for a Senior CRM Executive to step in as a confident, hands-on operator who can own delivery, elevate execution quality, and scale our automation and personalisation capability. This role is designed to fill a critical executional and capability gap within the CRM team, providing senior-level delivery, automation expertise, and cross-functional representation. Success in a Senior CRM Executive role at H&B means building robust, scalable CRM automations and delivering high-quality campaigns, including supplier NPD,  with clear ownership, strong performance insight, and faster turnaround. It also means elevating CRM's cross-functional impact, freeing managers to focus on strategy, revenue growth, and experimentation while ensuring CRM is consistently represented and valued across the business. This role will be offered on a fixed term basis (6 months)</div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">The Role</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><ul><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Own complex CRM automations and lifecycle journeys end-to-end (build, QA, launch, optimisation) across email, app and push using Braze.</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Independently deliver high-quality CRM campaigns from brief to post-campaign analysis, including supplier-led communications.</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Drive advanced segmentation, targeting and personalisation using customer data, CDP integrations and dynamic content logic.</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Own performance reporting and insight read-outs, translating data into clear optimisation actions.</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Proactively identify opportunities to improve automation coverage, scalability and campaign effectiveness.</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Act as CRM SME in cross-functional projects, representing the channel with confidence and clarity.</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Support loyalty communications delivery and optimisation.</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Champion best practice, mentor junior team members, and uphold high QA and executional standards.</li></ul></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">The Person</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><ul><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
