<h3 class="theme-panel-header text-2xl pb-6 theme-vacancy-section-title">Your Impact and Responsibilities…</h3><ul><li>Work closely with design to agree trends using trend, supplier and shopping information</li><li>Understand clothing product trends and interpreting them commercially for the customer</li><li>Work with design to develop product direct to factories </li><li>Developing the right product at the right time, in line with the departmental design brief to meet customer requirements</li><li>Manage the Critical Path from concept through to buying</li><li>Work closely with QA to develop block and fit that reflects design input and customer trends</li><li>Communicate clearly to Suppliers and factories all requirements on design briefs</li><li>Maintain awareness of current business priorities to ensure department strategy is aligned. Ability to input into topline business strategy</li><li>Develop strategy for your department demonstrating big product and customer opportunities for your department to deliver financial targets.</li><li>Present strategy to senior management for sign off </li><li>Determine pricing strategy and price point policy for ranges in conjunction with Merchandiser</li><li>Review of product development samples to ensure product is correct to design, quality and price objectives.</li><li>Negotiates prices with Suppliers and factories to deliver margin targets.</li><li>decisions reacting to growing or declining trend to ensure the range is relevant.</li><li>Lead the weekly trade process review to ensure all best & worse sellers are labelled accurately</li><li>Ongoing review of new product and trading opportunities including trials to maximise OTB</li></ul><div class="absolute bottom-2 right-2"><button onclick="scrollToTop()" class="theme-primary p-2 rounded-lg flex"> <i translate="no" class="material-symbols-outlined"> arrow_upward </i> </button></div>
