<h3 class="theme-panel-header text-2xl pb-6 theme-vacancy-section-title">About the role</h3><p>The Senior People Shared Services Advisor supports the effective daily running of the People Shared Services team. You will:</p><p><strong>Case Management & Advisory Support</strong></p><ul><li>Manage complex employee relations cases (e.g., long-term sickness, performance, conduct) in line with policy and legislation.</li><li>Build strong working relationships across the business, promoting trust and reliability.</li><li>Support organisational design changes, advising and coaching managers through consultation processes.</li><li>Produce clear, accurate documentation and formal correspondence.</li><li>Ensure all cases are logged, tracked, and resolved within agreed SLAs.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law to provide informed advice and minimise business risk.</li></ul><p><strong>Operational People Shared Service Support</strong></p><ul><li>Act as a point of escalation for complex cases, supporting Advisors to progress work effectively.</li><li>Resolve operational issues independently, balancing risk, policy, and business needs.</li><li>Provide daily operational oversight, escalating issues when necessary.</li></ul><p><strong>Service Excellence & Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Encourage knowledge sharing and contribute to a collaborative team environment.</li><li>Support capability development in Advisors through guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback.</li></ul><div class="absolute bottom-2 right-2"><button onclick="scrollToTop()" class="theme-primary p-2 rounded-lg flex"> <i translate="no" class="material-symbols-outlined"> arrow_upward </i> </button></div>
