<h3 class="theme-panel-header text-2xl pb-6 theme-vacancy-section-title">About the role</h3><p>As Lead Administrator, you ensure the smooth daily running of administrative processes within the People Shared Services team. You will:</p><p><strong>Case Management & Administration Support</strong></p><ul><li>Manage routine employee relations cases (e.g., short-term absence, maternity, paternity) in line with policy and legislation.</li><li>Produce accurate documentation, including contracts, letters, reports, and colleague records.</li><li>Support onboarding, colleague changes, benefits, and leavers.</li><li>Handle employee enquiries via email, phone, or face-to-face, escalating when needed.</li><li>Process benefit changes and respond to related queries.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Operational People Shared Service Support</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate daily workflow of the administration team to ensure tasks are completed on time.</li><li>Act as a point of contact for complex administrative queries.</li><li>Support implementation of new processes or ways of working.</li></ul><p><strong>Service Excellence & Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Provide guidance and informal coaching to Administrators to build confidence and consistency.</li><li>Share best practice and support onboarding and training of new team members.</li></ul><div class="absolute bottom-2 right-2"><button onclick="scrollToTop()" class="theme-primary p-2 rounded-lg flex"> <i translate="no" class="material-symbols-outlined"> arrow_upward </i> </button></div>
