<h1 class=" axiom0-0 axiom-scraped-0">Security Store Detective</h1></div></div><div class="col-xs-12 linebreak_row" style="text-align: center;"></div><div class="col-sm-12"><p>As a result of our expansion plans, and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic Security Store Detective.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><p>This role entails working for the Loss Prevention department as part of a covert target team.</p><p>You will be deployed to our high-risk stores to identify and apprehend offenders for theft, while always being professional when dealing with conflict. The work of the Security Store Detective is crucial in the identification, apprehension and prosecution of criminals who target our stores.</p><p>You will also support your Security Team Leader by providing training, and development to our retail colleagues in Loss Prevention activity and department objectives.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Accountabilities:</strong></p><span><ul><li>Deployed as a team to high-risk stores to identify and apprehend theft offenders.</li><li>Generate detailed incident reports and collate evidence to support criminal prosecutions.</li><li>Conducting training to support stores.</li><li>Building relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies.</li><li>Completing surveillance operations across the retail / distribution network</li><li>Always adhere to company policies and guidelines.</li></ul></span><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Knowledge &amp; Competencies:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </strong></p><p>To succeed in this role, you will be expected to:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><span><ul><li>Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
