Your responsibilities will include:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><span><ul><li>Monitoring security systems, alarms, and CCTV feeds to detect and respond to incidents.</li><li>Escalating issues in line with protocols and liaising with internal teams and emergency services.</li><li>Conducting system health checks and reporting faults.</li><li>Supporting shift handovers and ensuring continuity of operations.</li><li>Providing first-line technical support for security tech.</li><li>Maintaining accurate records and ensuring GDPR compliance.</li><li>Upholding confidentiality and discretion at all times.</li></ul></span><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Person Specification:</strong></p><span><ul><li>We’re seeking someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised, and tech-savvy.
