This role ensures operational efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence throughout the order-to-delivery process for our wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels.Working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Planning, the Coordinator helps maintain smooth order flow, resolves operational challenges, and contributes to continuous process improvement.This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented, collaborative professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and takes pride in driving results through precision and partnership.<div></div>What You’ll DoWholesale Operations<ul><li>Be the go-to contact for Sales, Finance, Logistics, and our wholesale customers across EMEA.</li><li>Manage and execute the order book with precision — from entry to delivery.</li><li>Ensure order accuracy, including pricing, terms, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Monitor inventory, fill rates, and shipment status to keep all stakeholders informed.</li><li>Provide proactive updates on order status, back orders, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Create and share daily and weekly sales reports — open orders, allocations, credit holds, and more.</li><li>Coordinate return authorizations, ensuring proper approvals, billing, and documentation.</li><li>Build strong relationships with Account Executives and customers, offering insights and solutions.</li><li>Participate in weekly order book reviews, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.</li></ul><div></div>Sales Operations – DTC & Other Channels<ul><li>Support cross-functional teams with order and inventory inquiries.</li><li>Troubleshoot issues that delay order completion and ensure quick resolutions.</li><li>Maintain ATS (Available-to-Sell) visibility for internal teams.</li><li>Manage employee purchase programs (DISCO & Purchase Program).</li><li>Provide ad hoc reporting and operational support as needed.</li></ul><div></div>What You’ll Bring<ul><li>2+ years of experience in an international environment — ideally in apparel, fashion, or luxury.</li><li>Post-secondary education.</li><li>Fluency in English and German required; Italian or French is a strong plus.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>A collaborative, proactive, and service-oriented mindset.</li><li>Ability to adapt, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-moving environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.</li><li>A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.</li></ul>What’s in it For You?<ul><li>A company built on Canadian roots and heritage</li><li>Your work is recognized with a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards Program</li><li>Opportunities for career growth through numerous internal and external programs</li><li>Recognize and be recognized by your peers with our Goose Rewards & ICON Rewards</li><li>Be a part of CG Gives.
