We're looking for a skilled and detail-driven Retoucher to help elevate the visual quality of imagery across all brand channels.<h2 data-end="650" data-start="633" data-section-id="1wct3r9">About the Role</h2>As a Retoucher, you will be responsible for refining and enhancing imagery to the highest professional standard. This is a digital-first role focused on e-commerce, campaign, and social imagery, ensuring all visuals are clean, consistent, and aligned with the brand's aesthetic.You'll work closely with photographers, graphic designers, and the wider creative team to deliver polished imagery that supports product launches, athlete collaborations, and always-on brand content.This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a strong understanding of fashion or sportswear imagery, and the ability to work efficiently at pace in a fast-moving environment.Reporting to the Lead Photographer, you will play an integral role in maintaining visual consistency and quality across the brand ecosystem.<h2 data-end="1515" data-start="1492" data-section-id="18w7bso">Retoucher Key Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Retouch and colour-correct e-commerce, campaign, and lifestyle imagery to a high professional standard</li><li>Prepare product imagery for the website, including PDP imagery and promotional assets</li><li>Ensure consistent colour accuracy, skin tones, and fabric detail across all visuals</li><li>Work closely with photographers during post-production to achieve the desired creative direction</li><li>Support product launches, campaigns, and athlete collaborations with timely image delivery</li><li>Manage retouching workflows to meet tight deadlines and high volumes of imagery</li><li>Maintain and follow brand retouching guidelines to ensure visual consistency</li><li>Prepare and export final assets for web, social, email, and paid media</li><li>Flag any image quality or production issues and collaborate with the team to resolve them</li></ul><h2 data-end="2382" data-start="2370" data-section-id="1jjwfl7">About You</h2><ul><li>Proven experience as a Retoucher </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop with strong knowledge of professional retouching techniques</li><li>Excellent understanding of colour correction, skin retouching, and fabric detail</li><li>Experience working with fashion, sportswear, or e-commerce imagery (preferred)</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a consistent and methodical approach</li><li>Ability to manage high volumes of imagery without compromising quality</li><li>Comfortable working at pace in a fast-moving commercial environment</li><li>Highly organised with excellent time management skills</li><li>A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude</li><li>A genuine interest in sportswear, performance brands, or contemporary fashion</li></ul><h2 data-end="3208" data-start="3196" data-section-id="1b5favy">Why Join?</h2><ul><li>Be part of one of the UK's fastest-growing performance brands</li><li>Work in a fast-paced, creative environment with a talented in-house team</li><li>Flexi hours and supportive team culture</li><li>Opportunity to play a key role in a brand scaling across retail and international markets</li><li>Wider company benefits </li></ul>BH35673</dd>
