Are you a detail-driven Retail Merchandising Admin Assistant who thrives on supporting planning, trading, and sales performance across a global network?Looking for a role where your organisational skills help drive performance across stores and concession partners?If so, we have an opportunity for a Retail Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our Retail Merchandising team The Impact you will have in this role is:<ul style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0px;"><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 48px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Creating and distributing weekly and monthly sales and stock reports to support management decision-making and forward planning.</li></ul> <ul style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0px;"><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 48px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Updating key price changes and promotions on internal systems and clearly communicating these to Retail stores.</li></ul> <ul style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0px;"><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 48px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Ensuring sales data is accurately collated and uploaded in a timely manner to support trading activity.</li></ul> <ul style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0px;"><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 48px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Raising seasonal and in-season orders on the system in line with merchandising plans.</li></ul> <ul style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0px;"><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 48px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Working closely with Assistant Merchandisers to identify supply chain issues and proactively resolve problems or delays.</li></ul> <ul style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0px;"><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 48px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Keying stock allocations to ensure appropriate quantities are delivered to stores in line with the seasonal merchandising strategy.</li></ul> <ul style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0px;"><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 48px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Actioning authorised allocation adjustments and making recommendations aligned to the theme calendar, including events and seasonal trends.</li></ul> <ul style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0px;"><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 48px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Maintaining minimum credible display stock levels in line with MDQs and store grading, ensuring stock is in the right place to maximise sales, promotions, and incentives.</li></ul> <ul style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0px;"><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 48px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Proactively monitoring new store stock levels and collaborating with merchandising and retail teams to recommend reallocations where needed.</li></ul> <ul style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0px;"><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 48px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Managing and processing all stock movements on the system in line with Merchandiser instructions.</li></ul> <ul style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0px;"><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 48px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Responding to stock-related queries from regional teams in a timely and accurate manner.</li></ul> <ul style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0px;"><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt 48px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Producing ad-hoc store and stock reports as required.</li></ul>  A full job description outlining all deliverables and requirements for the above can be found attached to the advert on our careers page.
