Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead day?to?day operations, support the team, and ensure our guests enjoy outstanding service every time they visit.</a><br>&nbsp;<br>You’ll take ownership of operational leadership, people development, and commercial performance, stepping up to deputise for the Restaurant Manager when required.
