You won't just be managing projects; you will be managing the people who bring our store concepts to life. You will build strong relationships with your team, helping them learn new skills and reach their goals while ensuring our store layouts and equipment standards are met.</p><p> </p><p>Alongside your Regional Remerchandising teams, you’ll lead motivated teams to deliver their best work across regions in Great Britain. This role encourages a mix of technical and team coordination, making sure everything is in sync. </div><div><p> </p><p><strong>Your role is split between developing your people and overseeing complex remerchandising operations.</strong></p><p> </p><ul type="disc"><li>Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where everyone feels respected and valued.</li><li>Help the team onboard, train, and manage staff, ensuring they have the tools to thrive.</li><li>Build strong relationships with your team, acting as a mentor to help them develop professionally.</li><li>Co-ordinate confidently with your Remerchandising Team and the Regional Distribution Centre Equipment Team.</li><li>Make sure teams comply with legal, internal, and Health and Safety regulations during all projects.</li><li>Oversee project planning and coordination for new openings, re-openings, and refurbishments, ensuring your team manages the information flow between stakeholders effectively.</li><li>Manage external relationships, ensuring the commissioning of shopfitters and acceptance of services/handovers are executed to standard.</li><li>Support the National FM Strategy, taking responsibility for the implementation of current store concepts and rollouts.</li><li>Oversee inventory control, ensuring your team maintains data quality on systems like Proshop and manages equipment ordering efficiently.</li><li>Support with HO tests and trials (e.g. feedback to HO, facilitation of trial, ongoing trial support).</li><li>Monitor KPIs, specifically regarding Remerchandising cost accounts, inventory data quality, and project timelines.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll need</u></h2>
</div><div><p> </p><ul type="disc"><li>Experience coordinating internal and external teams to deliver results is essential. You must possess natural leadership skills so you can help your team thrive.</li><li>Shopfitting / Remerch experience preferable.</li><li>You must be adaptable and able to work efficiently with different teams throughout the business (from Head Office to individual stores).</li><li>Strong multitasking abilities with the power to highlight priorities in your workload and delegate effectively.</li><li>You have attention to detail and are able to make clear decisions under pressure.</li><li>IT literate (familiarity with inventory systems is a plus). </li><li>A full UK driving license with a willingness to travel (approx. 2-3 days on site per week).</li><li>A thirst to learn, grow, and succeed.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll receive</u></h2>
