The ideal candidate with have previous Regional experience in a retail or hospitality environment. </p><p data-end="811" data-start="454">This is a fantastic opportunity to join during an exciting phase of growth, where culture, performance and people development are genuinely front of mind. Reporting into the HR Manager, you'll be the key People contact for your region - partnering closely with Regional and Store Managers to keep their teams engaged, supported and performing at their best.</p><p data-end="837" data-start="813"><strong data-end="837" data-start="813">What you'll be doing</strong></p><p data-end="1514" data-start="839"> Acting as the first point of contact for all HR support across your retail region<br data-end="925" data-start="922"> Coaching and upskilling Store and Regional Managers on performance, absence, conduct and employee relations<br data-end="1037" data-start="1034"> Managing ER cases end to end, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes<br data-end="1109" data-start="1106"> Supporting with investigations, disciplinaries and complex people matters<br data-end="1187" data-start="1184"> Driving engagement, retention and development initiatives within stores<br data-end="1263" data-start="1260"> Supporting succession planning and talent conversations across your region<br data-end="1342" data-start="1339"> Using people data to identify trends and provide practical, commercial solutions<br data-end="1427" data-start="1424"> Playing a key role in embedding culture, values and best practice across your patch</p><p data-end="1529" data-start="1516"><strong data-end="1529" data-start="1516">About you</strong></p><p data-end="1987" data-start="1531"> CIPD qualified (or working towards)<br data-end="1571" data-start="1568"> Previous experience in a retail or multi-site environment<br data-end="1633" data-start="1630"> Strong ER knowledge with confidence handling cases independently<br data-end="1702" data-start="1699"> Comfortable travelling across your region and building relationships face to face<br data-end="1788" data-start="1785"> Practical, approachable and commercially aware<br data-end="1839" data-start="1836"> Enjoy being visible in stores and partnering closely with operational leaders<br data-end="1921" data-start="1918">* A real people person who balances empathy with sound judgement</p><p data-end="1987" data-start="1531">Salary - <span data-end="283" data-start="246">£40,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance</span></p><p data-end="2174" data-start="1989">This is a brilliant opportunity for a hands-on Regional HR professional who loves being out in the business, building relationships and making a tangible difference in stores every day.</p><p data-end="2174" data-start="1989">BH35511</p></dd>
