As a leader in the industry, we’re elevating the retail experience for our consumers through our collection of established brands, including Sports Direct, FLANNELS, USC, Frasers, and GAME.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>You will be responsible for processing high volume supplier invoices ensuring they are accurately matched with purchase orders and goods received notes, along with other core duties as follows:</p><ul><li>Dealing with supplier queries</li><li>Scanning and filing&nbsp;invoices</li><li>Checking invoices against purchase orders and resolving any price queries and quantity with the supply chain team and warehouse teams as required</li><li>Organising invoices for authorisation and liaising with staff to ensure invoices are approved in&nbsp;a timely manner.</li><li>Maintaining existing supplier account details</li><li>Undertaking&nbsp;monthly reconciliation of supplier statements</li><li>Dealing with email and telephone queries</li><li>Staff Expense claims for the Group</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience of working in an AP team</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook &amp; Excel</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with wide range of suppliers</li><li>Capable of working on own initiative and self-motivating with good attention to details and levels of accuracy</li><li>Ability to align behaviour with the needs, priorities and goals of the organisation</li><li>Ability to maintain accurate and timely records while working to deadlines as appropriate</li><li>Flexible approach to daily tasks and adhoc duties</li><li>Confident and comfortable with dealing with performance related issues</li><li>Commitment drive and tenacity to achieve high standards of customer excellence</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>An opportunity like this at Frasers Group is for the fearless.
