</div><div><ul><li>Finance management: raise Purchase Orders, manage cashflow, petty cash and&nbsp;process invoices</li><li>Manage diaries, meetings and agendas</li><li>Manage team inbox</li><li>Prepare and manage internal reports</li><li>Maintain databases</li><li>Handle telephone calls, emails and post</li><li>Monitoring &amp;amp; cascade of domestic &amp;amp; international communications</li><li>Prepare legal paperwork for signature and processing</li><li>General office management tasks as required</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll need</u></h2>

</div><div><ul><li>Proven admin experience, ideally in the property sector</li><li>Strong computer skills including Word and Excel</li><li>Great literacy and numerical skills and a real eye for detail</li><li>A flair for organisation and confidence communicating at all levels</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll receive</u></h2>
