You’ll ideally have:</p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Experience in an engineering or project-based role within a manufacturing environment</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Exposure to capital projects such as new equipment installation, modifications, or upgrades</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>A structured, organised approach to planning and problem-solving</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Good awareness of health and safety requirements in an industrial setting</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>A degree in Engineering (or a related discipline) is preferred but not essential</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>You’ll be successful in this role by living our values</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span><strong>Care</strong> – building strong relationships, working collaboratively, and supporting others to succeed</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span><strong>Inspire</strong> – communicating clearly, taking ownership, and contributing ideas that move us forward</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span><strong>Deliver</strong> – managing projects effectively and ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>About Magnet</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">At Magnet, we’ve been shaping the heart of the home for over 100 years.
