People are at the heart of our retail concept, and we want to invest in our staff and make the future extraordinary.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a Productivity Manager to lead the transformation of labour planning across our retail estate. This hands-on role will embed a modern, workload-driven workforce management approach, shifting from cost-based to demand-led, hours-based planning aligned to customer and operational needs. Working with Operations, Finance, HR and Data teams, you will own labour modelling, productivity improvement and workforce planning standards, initially embedding a new labour model before driving ongoing optimisation and continuous improvement.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>1. Labour Model Ownership &amp; Development</p><span><ul><li>Own and refine the labour model, aligning workload drivers to labour hours</li><li>Translate operational activity into accurate labour requirements</li><li>Maintain and evolve labour assumptions, drivers and rules</li><li>Support scenario modelling to inform trading and investment decisions</li></ul></span><p>2. Workforce Planning &amp; Productivity</p><span><ul><li>Embed a consistent labour planning approach across all stores</li><li>Define and apply labour standards and productivity benchmarks</li><li>Identify efficiency opportunities while protecting customer experience</li><li>Analyse planned, actual and payroll labour performance to deliver insights</li></ul></span><p>3. Store Engagement &amp; Ways of Working</p><span><ul><li>Partner with Operations to embed new labour planning principles</li><li>Support stores to understand and optimise labour deployment</li><li>Provide clear, practical guidance for rota planning and labour management</li><li>Bridge central strategy and store-level execution</li></ul></span><p>4. Data, Insight &amp; Performance Management</p><span><ul><li>Develop reporting and insights to support labour decisions&nbsp;</li><li>Track key labour metrics and performance outcomes</li><li>Work with Data/BI teams to improve data quality and visibility</li><li>Ensure a single, trusted view of labour performance</li></ul></span><p>5. Continuous Improvement &amp; Change</p><span><ul><li>Drive ongoing improvement of labour planning processes and tools</li><li>Simplify and standardise ways of working where possible</li><li>Support the evolution of workforce planning capability and tools</li><li>Contribute to broader operational excellence and cost initiatives</li></ul></span><p>6.
