<div><div style=""><font color="#222222" size="2" face="arial"><div style="">We are seeking a New Stores and Refits Night Support Manager to oversee and execute our night-time refit operations across the country, for a period of 12 months.</div><div style=""><br></div><div style="">This is a national role with a mandatory requirement for the successful candidate to hold a <strong>full UK Driving Licence</strong> as well as an<strong> FLT Licence (Counterbalance & Reach trucks)</strong>. A company car will be provided if the candidate does not own one.</div><div style=""><br></div><div style=""><strong>Shift Pattern Overview:</strong></div><div style="">The typical pattern is 8 weeks per store, working 4 consecutive 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) followed by 4 consecutive days off (4 on, 4 off). This pattern may occasionally include weekends.</div><div style=""><br></div><div style=""><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><div style="">1. Ensure Health and Safety is placed as the highest priority at all times throughout the project.</div><div style=""><ul><li>Ensure all company policy and procedures are adhered too at all times</li><li>Ensuring all external and internal contractors are fully briefed on our policies and expectations</li></ul></div><div style="">2.<span style="white-space: pre;"></span>Implement and execute project plans from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met.
