This role will play a key part in supporting and enhancing the brand's creative output across all digital channels.</p><p>The Role: As a Midweight Graphic Digital Designer, you will play an important role in shaping the brand's digital identity across multiple touchpoints.</p><p>Working closely with Creative, Marketing and E-commerce teams, you will deliver visually engaging, performance-driven content while developing your skills and taking on increasing ownership of projects.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Create high-quality digital assets across paid media, social, CRM and e-commerce</li><li>Support the delivery of campaigns, product launches and weekly drops</li><li>Ensure all creative is on-brand, visually engaging and optimised for performance</li><li>Collaborate closely with marketing and eCommerce teams to deliver conversion-focused creative</li><li>Use data and performance insights to refine and improve creative output</li><li>Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced eCommerce environment</li><li>Contribute ideas and support the development of creative concepts</li><li>Stay up to date with fashion, digital and design trends</li></ul><p>About You:</p><ul><li>2-4 years' experience in digital or graphic design, ideally within fashion, luxury or eCommerce</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing digital-first, commercially aware design work</li><li>Confident working across multiple channels including social, paid media and email</li><li>Ability to manage projects from brief to delivery with growing autonomy</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a creative and commercial mindset</li><li>Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines</li><li>A proactive and ambitious individual eager to develop within a growing brand</li></ul><p>What's on Offer:</p><ul><li>Salary £30,000 - £35,000 plus bonus scheme</li><li>33 days holiday including bank holidays * Additional day off for your birthday</li><li>Modern office environment based in Trafford Park</li><li>On-site gym</li><li>40% staff discount</li><li>Private healthcare</li><li>Enhanced pension, maternity, paternity and sick pay</li><li>Opportunity to grow and develop within a rapidly expanding brand</li></ul><p>Please get your application in today!
