You will be instrumental in managing stock levels, coordinating orders and supporting logistics to ensure products are delivered on time and accurately.</p><p class="">This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in merchandising, offering hands-on experience across stock management, supplier coordination, and supply chain operations within a fast-paced retail environment.</p><p class=""><strong><span class="">Key Responsibilities: </span></strong></p><ul class=""><li class="">Own all departmental admin and data-led tasks, ensuring accuracy at all times</li><li class="">Produce and distribute daily and weekly sales, stock and intake reports</li><li class="">Prepare Monday trade packs and weekly trade analysis, including bestseller and performance reviews</li><li class="">Analyse best sellers, slow movers, stock cover and opportunities, sharing insights with the wider team</li><li class="">Maintain and update critical paths, tracking supplier updates and flagging risks or delays to ensure deadlines are met across product fulfilment, shipping and transportation cycles</li><li class="">Manage and track purchase orders, quantities, size ratios and delivery schedules, ensuring alignment with stock and logistics plans</li><li class="">Act as a key point of contact for suppliers, supporting communication, delivery timelines and transportation coordination</li><li class="">Monitor inbound deliveries and liaise with distribution centres, warehouses and transportation providers to ensure smooth stock flow</li><li class="">Manage logistics operations alongside warehouse activities, improving efficiency across the wider supply chain</li><li class="">Support stock allocation across online and wholesale channels, maintaining optimal stock levels through effective use of IT systems and digital tools</li><li class="">Maintain system accuracy for product data, pricing, promotions and go-lives, supporting effective stock management and reporting</li><li class="">Assist with range builds, range reviews, trade meetings and seasonal planning</li><li class="">Develop and analyse budgets, reviewing costs including shipping and transportation rates, and providing reports and recommendations to management</li><li class="">Research, review and test transportation providers and shipping options to ensure cost efficiency and service performance</li><li class="">Handle queries from Wholesale customers, Warehouse teams and internal departments</li><li class="">Confidently present reports, sharing insights, ideas and commercial recommendations</li></ul><p>BH35851</p></dd>
