partnering with a fast growing, multi channel retail business that continues to invest heavily in its ecommerce and marketplace offering.</span></p><p data-start="329" data-end="572"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">As part of this growth, the business is looking to appoint a commercially driven <strong data-start="410" data-end="443">Marketplace New Business Lead</strong> to support the expansion of its third-party marketplace, driving seller acquisition and building a high-quality partner network across Home, Garden and DIY categories primarily.</span></p><p data-start="597" data-end="764"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">The <strong data-start="601" data-end="634">Marketplace New Business Lead</strong> will play a key role in growing the marketplace by identifying, recruiting and onboarding new sellers across priority categories.</span></p><p data-start="766" data-end="936"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">This is a commercially focused role, responsible for building a strong pipeline, managing the full sales cycle and ensuring new partners are set up for long term success.</span></p><h3 data-section-id="165gfiz" data-start="943" data-end="971"><span across key categories, aligned to marketplace growth strategy</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners, from initial outreach through to onboarding</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Lead the full sales cycle including pitching, negotiation and contract closure</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Develop compelling value propositions to attract high-quality sellers</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Manage seller onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient introduction to the platform</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Ensure all sellers meet compliance and regulatory standards</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Support new sellers through the initial onboarding period to drive early success</span></li><li><span style="font-size: style="font-size: 8pt;">Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Experience managing end to end sales cycles and building pipelines</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Understanding of marketplace models and seller onboarding processes</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Confident working with data and reporting tools to drive decision making</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Strong communication and negotiation skills</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Highly
