You will be working as part of a fast-paced fundraising team responsible for bringing new donors on board to support the vital animal welfare work of the RSPCA through delivering and optimising the performance of our paid digital marketing channels.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;">We recognise that the world of work has changed and we are embracing that change. We therefore provide a flexible framework to meet our present and future needs.</span></p><ul><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;">Working hours: 35 hours per week- Monday - Friday.</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;">Hybrid role: The role will be hybrid, working from home and our office hubs. Our South East Regional Hub (Horsham, West Sussex) and our London Hub (Blackfriars). An average month would require travel to the office once a month, but this could be up to 4 times a month where needed. You may use the office space more if you prefer.</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;">Core hours are between 10.00am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday, allowing for a start between 8.00am - 10.00am and finish between 3.00pm - 6.00pm.
