If this is how you like to work then please read on.</p><p><strong>We are looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator for our in house&nbsp; Marketing team.</strong></p><p><strong>The successful applicant will join a great team and you will have the opportunity to work on many different marketing projects as well as carrying out the day to day administrative tasks.</strong></p><p><strong>Purpose of the role:</strong></p><p>The purpose of the role is to assist with the co-ordination of marketing comms and support on delivering marketing campaigns across all channels.&nbsp;</p><p>The role communicates plans with all channels within the business, as well as suppliers communicating key marketing and trading messages clearly.</p><p>This role also involves working with online and digital channels, key marketing functions, buying, merchandising, supply chain, retail ops, and trading admin to create a clear and structured marketing plan.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>The role<strong> </strong>supports the marketing comms team in working with Marketing channels, Trading, Product Development, Merchandising, Supply and Retail, to bring together the planning &amp; delivery of customer-facing activity across the business, including Above the Line activity, promotions, events, communications, product range &amp; New Product Development launches.</li><li>Captures the detail of planning and development of each activity / event / proposition, using excellent project management skills.</li><li>Preparation of materials for key meetings to support as required, along with clear and timely follow ups.</li><li>Ensuring 100% accuracy of output of all work being shared with the business.</li><li>Maintaining the communication packs on a daily basis with any communications updates.</li><li>Regular report set up to understand the performance of key campaigns.</li><li>Creation and sign off on T&amp;C’s</li><li>Ensuring all teams have the correct information to brief creative, and reviewing all creative ahead of it going live.</li><li>Weekly reporting of the sales to influence forward plans.</li><li>Takes on additional admin e.g. Raising PO’s.</li><li>Ensuring that the business activity plan is maintained daily.</li><li>Helping in the creation of the forward plan based on topical events and what has worked for the business.</li><li>Creation of line lists activity where relevant.</li><li>Collating analysis of key market activity and data to inform future campaigns.</li><li>Spending more time instore to understand our position in the market.</li><li>Writing wash up and keeping POD/creative decks up to date.</li><li>Assist with internal Communications.</li><li>Taking minutes.</li><li>Attending relevant meeting and cascading key information.</li><li>Coordinating gift card activity.</li><li>Coordinating supplier funded campaigns.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Make a difference to your career, we expect a lot but you’ll get a lot back in return.
