We’re curious, collaborative, and ready to make a tangible impact on where we work.</strong><br><strong>Just like you.</strong></p><p>As a Campaigns &amp; POS Officer in Marketing, you’ll take the lead on in-store marketing initiatives, driving innovation and optimising the customer experience through engaging signage and campaign rollouts. From managing POS trials to coordinating cross-functional projects, you’ll work closely with teams across procurement, merchandising, and regional teams ensuring seamless execution. You’ll oversee marketing activations, track approvals, and align messaging across advertising channels, all<br>while staying ahead of industry developments. </div><div><ul><li>Lead on and manage POS campaigns and innovation of signage optimising the customer experience throughout the store.</li><li>Work closely with other HO departments like Procurement and Merchandising as well as regional teams, considering equipment and layout changes.</li><li>Coordinating and leading on small Marketing campaigns with an activation in-store.</li><li>Working across and bringing together various specialisms in Marketing and the wider business (e.g. campaign planning, creative &amp;amp; production / merchandising).</li><li>Track and drive campaign progress all the way to sign-off and in accordance with set regular deadlines and critical paths (e.g. Non-Food and Seasonal events).</li><li>Liaise with other advertising departments such to ensure all published information is aligned with the wider Marketing strategy.</li><li>Support on administrative tasks relating to Marketing operations (invoice management and purchase order management).</li><li>Manage content for future audio / digital trials in an in-store environment as required.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll need</u></h2>

</div><div><ul><li>Proven professional experience in a marketing production or campaign management function is essential.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues across all levels of the business.</li><li>Independent worker and proactive, solution-driven approach.</li><li>Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.</li><li>Excellent team player with a collaborative approach to working.</li><li>Process-driven with great attention to detail.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll receive</u></h2>
