whilst maintaining exceptional levels of systems availability and support.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This is a full time permanent opportunity based onsite 5 days per week from our Runcorn office which is also going through an exciting £100 million factory and warehouse expansion where we will see the site’s size increase by 40%, making it one of the largest cabinet production lines in the world.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">What you’ll be doing</span></p><ul><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><!--[endif]-->1st line support of all production control <strong>manufacturing Systems</strong> and line control OT hardware with co-ordination and ownership of issue through to completion</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><!--[endif]-->Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve OT hardware issues, including the installation of replacement components.</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><!--[endif]-->Ensure robust line control OT assets support processes are in place including backups processes and spares</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><!--[endif]-->Help IT teams to deliver successful installation of new assets in line with Engineering project time line.</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><!--[endif]-->Analysis of business requirements and creation of functional specifications;
