The role is integral to the smooth running of the department, supporting board and subsidiary governance processes, document management, invoicing, day‑to‑day legal administration across the Group and scheduling.</p><p>The role is process‑driven, detail‑focused and operational, supporting listed‑company governance requirements while handling a high volume of routine but critical administrative tasks. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will have access to some sensitive and confidential information and so discretion is important.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>General Legal & Governance Administration</strong></p><ul><li>Printing, photocopying, scanning and filing legal and governance documentation (physical and electronic).</li><li>Formatting and preparing documents in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, including board materials.</li><li>Sorting, sending and tracking incoming and outgoing post.</li><li>Scheduling meetings, managing diaries and arranging meeting logistics for the Board and General Counsel.</li><li>Processing and managing invoicing for Legal and Company Secretarial matters.</li><li>Supporting spend tracking and liaison with finance and external law firms as required.</li><li>Supporting the development of AI agents to generate efficiencies within the role and wider teams.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinating document execution, including:<ul><li>Managing signatures and DocuSign workflows.</li><li>Tracking executed documents and maintaining records.</li></ul></li><li>Liaising with notaries and arranging legalisation and apostille processes as required.</li></ul><p><strong>Board & Governance Support</strong></p><ul><li>Assisting with board pack preparation, including:<ul><li>Collation of board papers.</li><li>Uploading packs to Board Intelligence.</li><li>Routine company secretarial board and committee documentation.</li></ul></li><li>Maintaining statutory records for Group companies, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.</li><li>Preparation of simple minutes and resolutions.</li><li>Supporting the Company Secretarial team with routine governance processes.</li></ul><p><strong>Legal Support</strong></p><ul><li>Assisting with recording allocation of incoming queries to the legal team (licensing, litigation and general enquiries).</li><li>Supporting with the completion of template documentation, including:<ul><li>Powers of Attorney (POAs).</li><li>Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).</li><li>Licensing administration documents.</li><li>Court acknowledgements of service.</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Essential Skills & Experience </strong></p><ul><li>Strong administrative experience in a legal, governance or professional services environment.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.</li><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with confidence formatting professional documents and a desire to support the development and roll out of artificial intelligence to streamline workload and generate efficiencies.</li><li>Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information.</li><li>Clear and professional communication skills.</li><li>Experience using electronic signature platforms (e.g. DocuSign) and board park preparation platforms.</li></ul><p><strong>Personal Attributes</strong></p><ul><li>Reliable, proactive and well‑organised.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.</li><li>Strong team player with a service‑focused approach.</li><li>Able to follow established processes while spotting opportunities for administrative improvement.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p><p>Along with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:</p><p>Frasers Champion- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
