What You’ll Be Doing: In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll take the lead on all things Learning & Development across the Group, including: Learning Management System (ELMO):<ul type="disc"><li>Overseeing day-to-day activities on our LMS with a focus on continuous improvement.</li><li>Ensuring learning content is consistently updated to maintain high standards.</li><li>Creating and adding new courses that reflect best practices in learning.</li><li>Maintaining accurate records and certificates to ensure compliance and quality.</li></ul> Training Delivery:<ul type="disc"><li>Facilitating key face-to-face sessions such as Professional Boundaries and EDI, ensuring engaging and impactful delivery.</li><li>Delivering our corporate induction and other essential training with a focus on clarity and effectiveness.</li></ul> Apprenticeships & Further Learning:<ul type="disc"><li>Overseeing our apprenticeship programme and levy fund, ensuring high-quality training provision.</li><li>Identifying new providers to deliver exceptional external training.</li><li>Supporting learners, managers, and training providers throughout the journey to ensure successful progression and completion of qualifications.</li></ul> You’ll work closely with our Talent Manager and be part of our vibrant, supportive People & Culture Team who are all passionate about making a difference. About You:We’re looking for someone who brings both passion and precision to in-house Learning & Development:<ul type="disc"><li>A champion of L&D, believing wholeheartedly in the difference great learning can make.</li><li>Engaging and confident in delivery, with the ability to energise a room while maintaining focus on outcomes.</li><li>A natural relationship builder; curious about people and what makes them thrive.</li><li>Experienced in delivering training, inductions, workshops, or similar learning activities.</li><li>Detail-driven and organised, with a love for accurate administration, tracking, and reporting.</li><li>Collaborative, positive, and excited about working with a range of stakeholders across our organisation.</li></ul> We are looking for someone who is able to start between May - June 2026 to ensure a smooth, thorough handover.  We want to ensure you have plenty of time to learn all of our processes and systems to make sure you thrive in the role. Location & Working Pattern: This role involves regular travel across our sites, including:<ul type="disc"><li>Nottingham City Centre</li><li>Newark</li><li>Occasional travel to Mansfield and Goole</li></ul> You’ll work:<ul type="disc"><li>1 day per week from home</li><li>4 days in either Nottingham or Newark depending on your schedule and delivery needs.</li></ul> While public transport is available to all our locations, having a full driving licence and access to a car would make travel between sites easier.
