People are at the heart of our retail concept, and we want to invest in our staff and make the future extraordinary.</p><p>As a result of our expansion plans, and our continued ongoing success, we are seeking a dynamic Lead UX Designer to be based at our London Great Portland Street Office.</p><p> </p><p><strong>About the Role</strong>:</p><p>As a Lead UX Designer, you’ll shape and elevate the digital shopping experience across The Range, wilko, Homebase and the wider multi-brand estate, delivering high-quality, insight-led design at scale. You’ll work end-to-end across the design process using research, data and experimentation to uncover customer pain points, validate solutions and deliver production ready UI, while playing a key role in defining and evolving a multi-brand design system that raises UX maturity across the group.
